Business Development Executive - Singapore

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with M&E Consultants and building developers
- Follow up on new projects listed in Building & Construction Interchange (BCI)
- Conduct quarterly seminars for M&E Consultants / end-users / developers
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Building Services or other engineering-related disciplines
- Min 1 year experience in an M&E Consulting firm, dealing with main contractors, architects, etc
- A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with own transport
- Able to travel overseas for meetings, trainings and presentations when assigned
