- Min 1 year QS working experience.
- All other QS related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Measuring quantities and taking off.
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and subcontractor payments.
- Seeing through the project from tender to award to final accounts.
- Cost analysis and monitoring.
- Running of project, managing progress claims and variations.
- Obtaining quotations, liaising, and negotiating with sub- Contractors and suppliers.
- All other QS related duties.
