Operations Report Analyst (JD#1002) - Singapore

Job Summary
We are searching a talented professional as 'Operations Report Analyst' to support the report distribution function for various countries across the region.
Our project is with one of the largest global banks providing a full range of financial services.
Initially, this position is on a 12-month contract basis which could be extended depending upon the project requirements.
Mandatory Skill-set
Ideal candidate for this position must have the following skill sets:
?At least three (3) years' experience in technology with interest in operations in the area of report management;
?Ability to learn, understand and pick-up a new product functionalities and features quickly;
?Technically inclined with exposure to Mainframe environments;
?Hands on experience in administrating Control-D and/or CA-View;
?Good communication and documentation skills preferably with strong background using Microsoft office tools e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, etc;
?Should have an eye for details, process oriented, and possess good interpersonal skills;
?Independent, self-starter and with the ability to work within a team environment.
Desired Skill-set
?Excellent communication skills;
?Prior experience in supporting the regional requirements;
?Ability to work under pressure;
?Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
?Assist in managing project rollouts from kickoff to roll-out;
?Establish a product deployment strategy to support the regional implementation for the countries;
?Identify areas for improvement and initiate steps to improve on these areas through automation;
?Assist in establishing regional standards to ensure optimal deployment of the system, crucial to the scalability of a regional solution product;
?Provide SIT/UAT/PROD support for new country or new application implementations using the current report distribution and scheduling tools (i.e. Control-D, CA-VIEW and Business Objects systems);
?Provide daily operational support in SIT/UAT/PROD for existing Control-D, CA-VIEW, and Business Objects countries;
?Attend to problems connected to the Control-D, CA-VIEW, and Business Objects SIT/UAT and PROD systems;
?Conduct periodic review and tuning of existing Control-D and CA-VIEW definition setup to improve processing time and reduce system resource usage.
