Production Support Analyst (JD#1007) - Singapore

Job Summary
Our client is one of the leading global banks. We are looking for talented Production Support professionals for Level 1 and Level 2 support.
This position is a 12 month contract through Sciente Consulting.
Mandatory Skill-set
Ideal candidate for this role must have the following skill-sets:
?Must Have Production Support Background,
?5 or 6 years of working experience in a production support role covering monitoring, health check, sql query scripting and execution. (Mid level),
?UNIX / AIX: Good in Unix Shell scripting,
?Business Objects (Reporting): Has supported and deployed /configured AbInitio components,
?Tibco: Working Knowledge of Tibco. (Has worked on a Tibco Production Support before),
?Websphere: Working knowledge of Websphere,
?J2EE background,
?Database: Oracle 9.0 and above, good at writing database queries required for alerting,
?Hands on experience on DMLs, DDLs,
?Should be open to work on Shifts and willing to work over the weekends. Possibility of 1 night shift,
?Has done Level-1 and Level-2 support respectively,
?Domain knowledge: Banking,
?Should be a Graduate or a Diploma holder.
Desired Skill-set
?Good at Problem and Incident management (escalations to Sr. Management).
Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the followinng:
?Production Support / Development Support Level - 1 and 2.
?Should be open to work on Shifts and willing to work over the weekends.
?Possibility of 1 night shift.
