JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
1. Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency;
2. Bachelor's degree or above in administrative management, human resources, or Chinese- Related majors;
3. Familiar with Singaporean laws and regulations, and understand the enterprise operation mode and management processes;
4. Diligent and responsible, with strong problem analysis and solving ability, and able to handle a certain amount of work pressure;
5. Outgoing personality, with good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, strong communication, coordination ability, and sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the company's administrative management, including purchasing flight tickets, arranging accommodations, and coordinating airport pickups and receptions;
2. Work with the head of the technical department to manage employees, assisting new hires with onboarding and settling in;
3. Develop and optimize internal administrative management regulations and lead the company's service work;
4. Supervise the quantity, purchase prices, and warehouse inventory of purchases made by various offices and confirm the reasonableness of expenses;
5. Establish good public relations with office building security and property management;
6. Organize the handling of legal affairs for the company and guide, supervise and inspect the execution of the company's confidentiality work.
