JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Minimum GCE -O- level and above
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Pleasant personality, energetic, multi- Tasking and independent
Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills to achieve customer satisfaction and quality of services
Computer literate is a must
Must be willing to work at Jurong area
Responsibilities:
Attend to sales enquiries and orders; follow up with customers
Process, monitor and expedite customer order to ensure on- Time delivery of goods
Prepare Sales Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, etc
Follow up on delivery schedules and coordinate with delivery personnel on delivery of goods and payment received
Perform any other administrative function but not limited to general filing, tracking of quotation, delivery order and invoices
Other ad- Hoc tasks as assigned
